Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost: Delivery is a flat £2.99 on every UK order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery time: Because many of our products are sourced from trusted suppliers overseas, delivery usually takes 10-20 working days from the day you order. Some items may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods such as Christmas can add extra days. If your order has not arrived within 25 working days, please contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will look into it straight away.

Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please see our Refund & Returns Policy, and contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
